AZYouthforce Partnership

The Mission of AZYouthforce is to provide teens with training and paid internships that prepare them for the workforce, to ensure all youth have options for their future.

Training Provided

All interns attend the AZYouthforce Academy before being placed in their internships. The Academy is 30 hours of soft skills training. Soft skills include:

· Resume writing

· Public speaking

· Customer service

· Diversity

· Financial literacy

The Academy is 3 Saturdays in a row. There is one Speed Networking event held on a weeknight.

Interns also explore pathways for education and careers while in the Academy. They attend worksite tours and work with Internship Managers to create a plan for their future.

How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
